Service interruptions are always unpleasant, both for customers and service providers.

When we receive an interruption, we will usually pass it on to the customer and this happens if the customer does not follow the usage rules (read usage rules for rdp ).

If the customer receives too many interruptions in a short period of time, we will limit the service to ensure that the abusive behavior will stop.

Depending on the product chosen, there are differences after how much abuse we will limit. This is because different products run on different networks and in different data centers with different policies.

Depending on the product chosen, we may have to wait some time before we can remove the service restrictions to cool the situation and fulfill our obligations towards the data center.

If your service has been restricted, then you have two options:

1. Open a ticket and request a manual removal of the limit. We will do this once. If you receive further violations, the system will limit you again. In this case we will not manually remove the limit again.

2. Wait for the system to automatically remove the limit. This will happen if we do not receive any further abuse within the specified time period. This time period is currently 7 days.

This is to ensure that the network and IP quality remains high and no issues arise in the data center.
